Find your future with us.Boeing Defense, Space & Security (BDS) has an exciting opportunity for a KC-46 Product & Service Quality Manager to join our team in Tukwila, WA.Position Responsibilities:Manages employees who evaluate and ensure that products services and processes comply with customer contract requirements, engineering requirements, company procedures, and government regulations

Develops and executes business plans, policies and procedures and develops organizational and technical strategies to improve performance

Provides education and coaching on the Quality System.

Acquires and manages resources for a team that leads process improvements

Develops and maintains relationships and partnerships with customers, stakeholders, peers, partners, suppliers and direct reports

Manages, develops and motivates employees

Develops and presents out briefs with customer, and stake holders

Must be able to work variable shifts, shift will be determined at the time of the offer

This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options.This position requires the ability to obtain a U.S Security Clearance for which the US Government requires US Citizenship. An interim and/or final U.S. Secret Clearance Post-Start is required. (Note: This replaces the Visa statement, as a US Person is required)Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):5+ years of experience in Quality Management Systems (QMS)

3+ years of experience leading cross-functional teams in a manufacturing environment

3+ years of experience using Systematic Problem Solving

Ability to work variable shifts which include working days, nights, weekends and/or holidays

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):Bachelors Degree or higher

Experience with root cause corrective analysis (RCCA)

Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications

Excellent communication and teaming skills
