Job Description
Manages interactive banner / rich media / dynamic creative related projects from inception through completion.
Ensures quality assurance and testing efforts and manages a near-shore development partner to ensure the highest standards expected are met.
Maintains top-level view of creative development in order to streamline and enhance work.
Manages collection and organization of digital and video assets.
Strong emphasis on ownership, integration, and accountability to process and execution across multiple teams.
Works directly with executive leadership to define production workflow, project tracking, resources, and structural/operational improvements and efficiencies.
Collaborates with Ad Ops partners in streamlining workflows and implementing internal tracking solutions.
Collaborates directly with account and creative leads in defining production scope, timeline, budgets.
Utilizes expertise to create workflow solutions between creative/studio/production.
Works directly with media to obtain full information of all digital media plans.
Oversees day-to-day operations and deliverables.
Develops and coordinates hiring and training of interactive employees and freelancers.
Creates and maintains timelines for digital projects.
Works with traffic to keep all assets moving through the approval process on time.
Works with creative teams to determine project scope and necessary resources.
Works with tech lead(s) and/or vendor(s) to create project requirements.
Maintains constant communication with the account team / client to provide status updates on schedule and budget.
Ensures all project assets are organized and up to date.
Qualifications
Must have 7+ years of producing/developing digital display, dynamic creative, rich media production and/or creative tech experience specific to digital media.
