DescriptionRobert Half Technology is seeking a talented Sr. Oracle Developer to join our client for a contract to hire opportunity. The primary function of this role is to provide Finance and HCM application modules support using the leading-edge technology on Cloud platform. The candidate will work closely with Support Manager, BA and Business owners to identify and resolve issues relating to BI reports, Integrations and customer processes.The ideal candidate has:
Experience in the implementation and support as a Techno-Functional/Technical Oracle ERP Cloud Financials including GL, AP, AR, FA, PO, Tax and CM
Experience with basic HCM modules is a plus. This includes, Benefits, Core HR, Learning, Compensation and TALEO.
Experience supporting business units during Finance and HCM systems integration project life cycle (discovery, CRP/UAT testing, go-live and post go-live)
Experience working closely with the ERP team, DBA, P&O systems and business leads to promote technical and functional upgrades, and best practices/industry standards
A focus on continuous improvement to drive a seamless, modernized associate/user experience
RequirementsRequirements:
2-3 Direct ERP systems implementation with Oracle R12 or Cloud Implementation
Oracle Cloud certifications preferred but not required
7+ years of experience as Oracle EBS Technical analyst
Healthcare background preferred.
