Job Description

As a valued colleague on our team, you will review, monitor, and analyze business data to solve problems and draw out conclusions and customer insights for reporting at senior leadership level as well as identify opportunities for enhanced business efficiency and performance through Salesforce and ReportApp data. Additionally, you will have an opportunity to make recommendations to improve business efficiency and performance.

The

Business Analyst - Lead Associate role will offer you the flexibility to make each day your own, while working alongside people who care so that you can deliver on the following responsibilities:

  • Translate business analysis results for customers to empower data-driven decision making
  • Gather and evaluate data on business operations, human capital, and resources.
  • Make recommendations on areas for improved business performance.
  • Identify and make recommendations on solutions to improve business performance.
  • Provide recommendations to the team to determine business needs through understanding business unit operations.
  • Mentor other associates on the team on business methodology and processes.

Qualifications

THE EXPERIENCE YOU BRING TO THE TEAM

Required Experiences

  • 6-8 years related experience
  • Experience in the process of analyzing data to identify trends or relationships to inform conclusions about the data.

Desired Experiences

  • Bachelor degree or equivalent
  • A minimum of 3-4 years of experience in using Salesforce CRM and Tableau.

Skills

  • Skilled in Excel specifically from a standpoint of data analysis and forecasting
  • Skilled in Microsoft Teams
  • Skilled in documentation and database reporting for the purposes of analysis, data discovery, and decision-making with the use of relevant software such as Salesforce, Excel & Tableau.
  • Skilled in presenting information and/or ideas to an audience in a way that is engaging and easy to understand
  • The group of skills related to Influencing including negotiating, persuading others, facilitating meetings, and resolving conflict
  • Ability to frame ideas as systems and analyzing the inputs, outputs, and process
  • Adept at managing project plans, resources, and people to ensure successful project completion
  • Experience in using statistical methods, developing and testing hypotheses, using experimental design, and running linear and logistic regressions
  • Working with people with different functional expertise respectfully and cooperatively to work toward a common goal
  • Skilled in the graphical representation of information in the form of a charts, diagrams, pictures, and dashboards with programs and tools such as Salesforce, Excel, Tableau, or Power BI
  • The group of skills related to Business Insight including advising, designing business models, interpreting customer and market insights, forecasting, benchmarking, etc.
  • Experience gathering accurate information to explain concepts and answer critical questions

Tools

  • Experience in using Tableau or Power BI
  • Experience using SharePoint
  • Experience using Confluence
