Digital Transformation Change Management Advisor supports design, development and execution of the OCM strategy, serves as the secondary point of contact for OCM (Director being the first), and is responsible for successful program-level change delivery and adoption. Ideal candidate would be a driver of change, a strategic thinker, and can engage and influence stakeholders at all levels. They would have deep subject matter expertise and understanding of OCM principles and deliver expertise and insights.

Ideal candidates would have a deep expertise in Organizational Change Management and a background in Financial Services, Technology and Consulting offering insight and perspective on strategy, execution, monitoring and reporting

Digital Transformation Change Management Advisor role will offer you the flexibility to make each day your own, while working alongside people who care so that you can deliver on the following responsibilities:

  • Collaborates with program leaders to define OCM strategy; provides strategic advisory to leadership and program teams on OCM Change Programs
  • Manages day-to-day OCM program engagements
  • Leads team of matrixed resources including Lead Associate, Senior Associate, Project Managers and Project Analysts
  • Collaborates with program team to define North Star (Mission, Vision and Value)
  • Engages with stakeholders and defines personas to understand individual impacts to stakeholder groups
  • Manages design and development of the Change Strategy Plan
  • Advises and delivers on content creation, material development and execution
  • Coaches teams to increase OCM proficiency and mindset within the organization
  • Measures and reports on the pace and effectiveness of change ​
  • Oversees team responsible for execution in accordance with project plans, tools and methods, and supports resource planning
  • Leads/facilitates meetings with client to ensure an understanding of the current company culture, and jointly develop a change adoption plan
  • Facilitates change management activities with cross-functional team members and stakeholders to understand and ensure adoption of Digital Transformation
  • Drives leaders to think of user or customer adoption as a foundational pillar of success in launching new products, services, and capabilities
  • Ability to incorporate agile ways of working to drive transformation and change
  • As needed, supports learning creation, development and delivery to drive adoption

Qualifications

THE EXPERIENCE YOU BRING TO THE TEAM

Minimum Required Experiences

  • Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent
  • At least 6 years of Change Management experience
  • Understanding of the discipline of Organizational Change Management, its methodologies, frameworks, tools and operationalization
  • Experience leveragingOCM body of knowledge, tools and framework to execute OCM efforts
  • Capacity to listen and learn from stakeholders with the ability to offer perspectives and insights into the art of the possible and influence stakeholders
  • Experience building strong relationships and achieve results through strong interpersonal skills that help drive, inspire and influence collaboration
  • Experience organizing, facilitating, and leading workshops
  • Experience leveraging technology to fulfill automation opportunities that improve the delivery of work
  • Experience applying critical thinking in sourcing, analyzing and summarizing information
  • Experience framing and articulating concepts, thoughts, approaches and ideas into storyboards, visual graphics and layouts that will resonate at the executive level
  • Experience leading data sourcing, data rationalization, analytics, and interpretation to deliver perspectives on what is learned and provide options and recommendations
  • Understanding of coreprogram management principles and can identify, triage and offer solutions and recommendations for mitigating issues and risk

Desired Experiences

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration
  • Demonstrates aptitude for paying close attention to details and capacity to design and deliver high-quality, impactful verbal and written presentations and communications
  • Exceptional MS Office skills; specifically, Word, Excel, Visio, Project, PowerPoint, Teams, OneNote, Snagit and Camtasia
  • Capacity to study current state business processes and apply creativity in defining future processes and design OCM plans
