Williams Lea is seeking a Reception Associate for our Washington, D.C. office! Pay: $22/hourShift: M-F 8:00am to 5:00pmThe Receptionist is responsible for providing covering the reception desk, greeting visitors and general clerical office supportJob duties:Answer incoming calls, received on a multi-line phone system, in a cordial, professional and timely manner. Transfer calls to appropriate individuals.Greet clients and visitors to the office with warmth and professionalism. Notify employees of visitor’s arrival when necessary.Provide high level services to staff, clients and guests.Communicate with manager and client on job or deadline issues.Handle additional projects as assigned.  Handle sensitive and/or confidential document and information.Reception Duties:Manage the front desk, including answering phone calls, responding to inquiries, and directing visitors appropriately.Maintain a tidy and organized reception area.Maintain visitor logs and issue visitor badges as necessary.Assist with reservations and scheduling for meetings, events, or accommodations.Provide information about services, facilities, and local attractions to guests.Coordinate catering, refreshments, and setup for meetings and events.Ensure guest comfort by addressing their needs promptly and professionally.Support housekeeping or maintenance requests related to guest areas.Support team with various administrative tasks as needed.Ensure high standards of customer service and guest satisfaction.Train, motivate, and evaluate staff members to optimize performance and teamwork.Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally and promptly.Monitor operational procedures to ensure compliance with safety, health, and quality standards.Assist in managing reservations, billing, and other administrative tasks.Maintain cleanliness and organization of the premises.Manage inventory and ensure proper stock levels of supplies and equipment.Collaborate with management to develop and implement policies and procedures.
