Service/ Maintenance Manager to join our team in the

A bit more about what you’ll do…

  • Lead and develop a team of at least 2 direct reports
  • Provide exemplary service to residents and team members

  • Manage all aspects of property maintenance which includes vendor relationships, service staff, preventative maintenance, apartment turns, and resident service requests
  • Communicate property maintenance and capital needs to management and ensure maintenance and capital needs are addressed
  • Ensure property is in compliance with AIRoperating procedures/guidelines, regulations, and other compliance matters including those related to Environmental Health & Safety
  • Manage budget efficiently to maximize return on investment while maintaining highest level of quality and customer service

Qualifications

  • At least 4 years of experience with technical maintenance and facilities management ideally in property management or similar industry (hospitality, retail, restaurants etc.)
  • 2-4 years of experience leading a team of people in customer service, and asset maintenance

As an AIRService Manager you must have:

  • A reliable mode of transportation
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, 7-day work weeks (depending on community needs and seasonality), and on-call shifts (at least one week a month)
  • Comfort with physical activity as you must be able and willing to move heavy equipment and machinery
  • Ability to read, write, and speak English

Additional Information

AIRoffers attractive total compensation packages designed to recognize and reward performance at the individual, team and company levels. We start with a competitive base salary and add bonus opportunities and benefit choices topped off with:

  • Expected pay rate of$78,000 – $103,000. You will be provided a pay rate that is in line with your skills and experience as they relate to the requirements of the job.
