Job Description

Are you an HR analyst looking to transition into HRIS? Are you an end user of Workday looking to help other users optimize the platform? The CapTech Workday Team is looking for quick-learning, problem-solving HR analysts to leverage their functional business expertise & apply it to the Workday platform.

The CapTech Workday Team provides creative Workday solutions to help clients maximize their Workday investment across the organization, supporting clients through implementation, report & dashboard optimization, & new functionality adoption. We quickly and seamlessly integrate with client teams not only to address immediate business needs & priorities, but also to identify gaps, inefficiencies, & areas of opportunity in their Workday platform. In parallel with these efforts, Workday Consultants provide knowledge transfers, best practices, and holistic change management strategies to increase user adoption. As a Workday Consultant, you will play a central role in client engagement, serving as technical liaison & subject matter expert for this rapidly developing technology. Foundational HR & business knowledge is required, but we will provide you the tools and training to become a skilled and well-rounded Workday Consultant.

Qualifications

Required Skills

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Minimum 3 years of work experience
  • 2+ years’ Workday experience with enterprise-level applications as an end user
  • Experience gathering requirements, organizing responsibilities, and determining next steps.
  • Experience engaging with all levels of the business to support needs & challenges.
  • Client-ready written and oral communications skills.
  • Works well both independently and collaboratively in a team
  • 2-4 years working with Human Resources, Payroll, or Financial business partners using Workday

Preferred Skills:

  • 1+ years’ Workday administrator experience
  • Prior consulting experience
