Job Purpose or Summary:

Perform day-to-day administrative tasks within the Agency CRM environment.

Design, test, and implement CRM solutions based on requirements provided from Peace Corps OCIO or stakeholders.

Proactively monitor the environment to ensure key resources and servicesare functioning within acceptable performance thresholds

. Proactively monitor capacity in the CRM Environment, and take action as required to avoid degradation or outage.

Provide service to deploy developed solutions to Production, Test and UAT CRM environments.

Maintain and support legacy data synchronization processes between CRM and legacy non CRM-based Peace Corps systems.

Manage backups and restores of CRM data and technical support for infrastructure issues.

Audit the CRM application environment to ensure standards are being met. Provide data from logs and reports as required by CISO and audit teams.

Establish and maintain a standard software baseline for CRM to ensure cleanFISMA audit findings.

Monitor data model/object changes to ensure they are approved by the Government Task Manager. Provide weekly status updates to the COR and Government Task Manager in written format on their progress on projects and other duties assigned.

Applicant selected for this position must be able to obtain and/or maintain a security clearance or access.

U.S. Citizenship required.
