Job Purpose or Summary:

The Service Desk Manager is a full-time on- site position and must manage the OIT Service Desk and Service Desk personnel. The Service Desk Manager will be the Supplier's77344421Q0053 Page 45 of 115 on-site liaison for the COR or designee(s).

The Supplier's Service Desk Manager will be responsible for the management of the day-to-day operation and direct supervision of all Service Desk personnel. The Service Desk Manager must analyze the work of subordinates and take appropriate steps for retention or other personnel actions. The Service Desk Manager is responsible for ensuring all requirements of the contract are fulfilled and all deliverables submitted on time. The Service Desk Manager position is critical to the success of the mission and must create an effective working relationship with the COR, COTRs, and CIO management team. The OIT retains the right to have the Operation Manager replaced without cause.

Minimum Qualifications:

The Service Desk Manager must have at least five (5) years of service desk/help desk management experience
The Service Desk Manager must have an HDI Support Center Manager Certification.

Applicant selected for this position must be able to obtain and/or maintain a security clearance or access.

U.S. Citizenship required.
