Essential Functions
Administration of contracts and subcontracts
Job Cost reconciliation to budget
Preparing job cost analysis
Preparation of State Sales/Use Tax Returns
Assist in Financial Statement preparation
Inventory Management
Accounts Payable
Proficiencies
MS Office applications (2003-2016), Timberline
Collecting, analyzing and summarizing information for report preparation.
Accurate Data Entry with 10 key and Alpha Numeric
Knowledge of GAAP accounting policies and procedures
Required Experience
Bachelors Degree in accounting or finance preferred.
5-7 years accounting experience, preferably in the construction industry
Personal Requirements
Well organized, detail oriented, self-starter and the aptitude to prioritize assignments
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Must be self-motivated have a positive attitude and exercise the highest ethical standards
Must have excellent quantitative, analytical and problem solving skills
Must be able to approach problems both logically and creatively
Ability to be professional calm and collected, even in the face of serious adversity
