Our Assistant Managers carry out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include interviewing, and training employees; planning, assigning and directing work; evaluating daily performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems. All while maintaining high level of guest service and exceptional dining experience for our guests.
