Assist in the managing and scheduling of the Housekeeping/Laundry Department. Ensure all units are cleaned. May be required to assist housekeepers to ensure all units are cleaned in a timely and cost-efficient manner. Assess inventory, guest, cleaning, office and laundry supply needs. Communicate special guest needs, cleaning needs and special projects to appropriate personnel. High volume of phone calls and email messages. Miscellaneous office tasks.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
Required:
High School Diploma or GED
Bilingual in Spanish and English
Valid WA State driver's license and driving ability
Desired:
Housekeeping experience
Supervisory experience
