Prusik Kitchen + Bar is an exciting new dining destination in Leavenworth, offering a vibrant and authentic culinary experience. We are passionate about serving delicious food and providing exceptional service in an upbeat, quality atmosphere. We are looking for a skilled and enthusiastic bartender to join our team and contribute to creating memorable experiences for our guests
Responsibilities:
Prepare and serve a wide range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages with consistency and high quality
Create signature cocktails that complement our theme.
Interact with customers, take orders, and serve food and drinks
Assess customers’ needs and preferences and make recommendations.
Prepare ingredients to make cocktails and other drinks.
Check customers’ identification and confirm it meets the legal drinking age.
Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies.
Stay guest-focused and nurture an excellent guest experience.
Comply with all food and beverage regulations
Qualifications:
Proven working experience as a bartender.
Excellent knowledge of mixing, garnishing, and serving drinks.
Knowledge of spirits and cocktails is a plus.
Positive attitude and excellent communication skills.
Ability to keep the bar organized, stocked, and clean.
