Rhein Haus Leavenworth is in search of an experienced Kitchen Manager!
If you are well-organized, dedicated, and have high volume cooking experience, we would love to hear from you! We are looking for a candidate with the natural ability to lead and coach our back of house team. If you are motivated and looking for an exciting challenge, Rhein Haus is the place for you!
RESPONSIBILITES:
Hiring and Scheduling of staff
Food preparation and execution
Ordering of product
Sourcing of product (with guidance from Executive Chef)
Managing food and labor costs effectively
Equipment maintenance and cleaning
Managing Inventories
Present during peak hours of service and expediting the line
EXPERIENCE:
Minimum five years working in a high volume, full-service kitchen
Ability to personally execute and oversee each position in the kitchen
Industry Knowledge
Bi-Lingual in English and Spanish highly preferred
