Description of Work:
A shift leader is responsible for opening/closing the shop and daily supervision of the team. They manage the point-of-sale, direct team members, ensure food safety procedures as well as handle customer relations. A shift lead should be able to foster teamwork throughout the crew, demonstrate the use of established systems and protocols. This individual should exhibit workplace values and uphold the mission of Whistlepunk Ice Cream Co.
