Cannabis farm in Malaga, WA needs employees for trimming and packaging. You must be fast with your hands, and able to make quick decisions on bud quality. All work is tracked to hit quality and quantity standards. We will provide training.
We are looking for a motivated, dedicated and reliable person to join our team. Enthusiasm, positive attitude, and a team player are essential in this position.
Requirements:
At least 21 years old.
Drug Free Workplace
Pass a background check.
Reliable transportation and live within 30 minutes of Malaga, WA.
Hours M-F 7am-4pm. Some overtime required.
Duties:
You will do small tasks repeatedly such as using scissors to trim buds, using scales to weigh and package manicured bud, applying stickers, heat sealing, etc.
Ability to sit in one spot for 8 hours a day. (Trimming and packaging)
May work with harvesting/hanging/bucking down/cloning at times so need to be able to stand for 8 hours a day.
Must be able to work under pressure and meet high paced performance standards in both quality and quantity.
Must meet deadlines, while maintaining a positive attitude.
Clean work area.
Attention to detail.
