MAYOR CONSTRUCTION: Looking to hire local framers/carpenters
I am looking to expand my crew in the Wenatchee/Eastwenatchee area. The things im looking for will be-
RESUME INCLUDING 3 RECENTLY PAST EMPLOYERS AND EMPLOYERS CONTACT INFO ALSO 3 GREATEST STRENGTHS AND 3 WEAKNESSES
CLEAN AND SOBER WITH RELIABLE TRANSPORTATION
MUST BE RELIABLE, PUNCTUAL, MOTIVATED TO WORK, HARD/FAST/SMART FRAMER
FULL TIME ABOUT 40 HOURS PER WEEK, FLEXIBLE ON START AND FINISH TIMES
BASIC KNOWLEDGE OF BLUEPRINTS
MUST KNOW HOW TO FRAME WALLS, READ LAYOUT,SHEATH WALLS
MUST KNOW HOW TO ROLL TRUSSES OR JOIST
MUST HAVE KNOWLEDGE OF MOST TOOLS USED IN CONSTRUCTION
MUST BE OK TO TRAVEL OUT OF TOWN FOR WORK(NOT OFTEN)
MUST HAVE TOOL BAGS AND PROPER P.P.E.
FORKLIFT/SIZZORLIFT/RIGGING/MAN LIFT CERTIFICATIONS ARE A PLUS!
I'm not looking for people who i have to babysit,this is a very fast paced environment , and i'm looking for the right people to fill the positions necessary to get projects completed on schedule.
