Law Firm seeks highly motivated, dependable, loyal, outgoing Office Assistant Intern to assist attorneys with daily clerical duties. Duties will include, but are not limited to greeting customers and clients, answering phone calls and directing them to appropriate staff. Client communication, managing calendars and drafting letters. Interpret and translate documents as needed. Must have excellent writing skills and possess the below traits:

Ability to work independently and follow instructions

Have the ability to handle difficult situations with compassion and control

Schedule:

Monday to Friday

Education:

High School Diploma

Location:

To be eligible for this Internship opportunity, you must meet the following requirements;

1. Have authorization to work in the United States

2. Be low-income for your family size

3. Must have worked in Agriculture (Example: Fruit Packing Warehouse/Orchard Work) within the last two years or be a dependent of an agricultural worker (Spouse or Parent).
