We are currently seeking applicants for the following positions:
PROJECT ARCHITECT
Qualifications:
5-8 years' experience as a Project Architect or Designer
Professional degree in Architecture (Master's Degree preferred)
Licensure preferred
Expertise in all facets of design, documentation, and project coordination.
Thorough knowledge of architectural design, programming, site planning, building codes, detailing, building materials, and construction techniques
Strong interpersonal skills, including verbal presentation skills
Graphic presentation skills, including experience with 3-D graphic software
Revit experience required
Technical expertise in building systems design, coordination and construction
Experience managing, mentoring and coordinating project teams
INTERN ARCHITECT
Qualifications:
1-3 years' experience, who is motivated to learn and contribute in a team environment, and is interested in pursuing Architectural licensure
Bachelor of Architecture Degree OR Bachelor of Arts or Sciences Degree
Revit and AutoCAD experience preferred
Experience using 3-D and graphic software design tools
Design and graphic skills
Problem-solving skills
Motivated self-starter
