This position is located in Seattle, but only a few hours at the minimum are needed.
We are looking for someone with experience with pickling in a commercial manufacturing setting. In addition to having a creative palette for pickles, we are looking for someone who has worked in an FDA approved manufacturing kitchen. We are developing a line of pickles and other processed foods, and we would like someone with expertise in process and setting up with appropriate machinery, etc.
