Fact paced office looking for a positive individual to add to our strong team. We are able to train any bright, willing and qualified candidate.
This position works directly with patients and our Chiropractors, and the employee is seen as a vital part of our business.
This is a full time position, Monday to Friday 6:45 am to 3:15 pm. Includes health insurance benefits and paid time off.
Responsibilities Include:
Managing patient treatment plans
Working with the VA, L&I and insurance companies
Health record maintenance
Scheduling all incoming referrals
Reviewing Authorizations
Overseeing Massage Program
Applicant must have the following qualifications:
At least four years experience working in a professional office setting
Ability to work in a face paced environment
Time management skills
Enthusiasm or willingness to learn about Chiropractic Care
Bilingual Skills in Spanish and English are a plus, but not a requirement.
