Seeking hard worker willing to do a variety of tasks for our growing property management company. Positive attitude a must. Tasks include Yard Work, Landscaping, Painting, Hauling, snow removal etc. Some heavy lifting may be required. We will train the right person to do maintenance which may include plumbing, electrical, paint and repairs of residential rental units. Candidates must be friendly, hard working, dependable and have good customer service. Must be able to read and write English. Bilingual English/Spanish a plus.
