We are currently seeking an experienced office professional for our Office Operations Specialist position.
The Office Operations Specialist coordinates activities in the office by performing the following duties personally or through coworkers:
Milk load sheet data entry and balancing
Distributing and monitoring fuel cards
Mileage coding and entry
Payroll coding and entry
Accounts payable coding
Creating and distributing correspondence
Requisition of supplies
Customer invoicing/Freight Billing
Other administrative duties following company guidelines and accounting schedules
Complying with all company safety policies.
Managing office cleanliness.
Following procedures for correspondence style, systematic retention, protection, retrieval, transfer, and disposal of records.
Entering accident and workers comp information into the accident tracking system.
Reviewing driver qualification files and personnel records to insure completeness, accuracy, and timeliness according to company and DOT policy.
Preparing reports and spreadsheets as requested by management for analysis.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE: AA degree from two-year college or university; or one to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
LANGUAGE SKILLS: Must be able to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations. Must be able to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, customers, vendors, and the general public.
MATHEMATICAL SKILLS: Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent.
REASONING ABILITY: Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret and follow a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule forms.
OTHER SKILLS and ABILITIES: Ability to operate a personal computer using Microsoft Office products such as Excel, Word and One Note. Employee must be able to work, through direction of IT personnel, on setup and repair IT equipment.
