We are currently seeking an experienced dispatcher to fill the role of Night Time Farm Pickup Route Coordinator at our Sunnyside terminal.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES of the Farm Pickup Route Coordinator include the following:

Directs & coordinates the execution and related activities for farm pick-up and milk operations in the SE-region, to include Sunnyside, Pasco and Boardman.

Responsible for executing and monitoring the farm pick up plan for Sunnyside, Pasco and Boardman areas using the Ortec software and other reporting tools.

Monitors route efficiency, comparing execution data with planned route standards.

Keeps a positive attitude while dealing with constant change and balancing responses to multiple simultaneously occurring issues.

Responsible with assistance from Boardman, and Pasco driver supervisors for assuring routes & drivers adhere to the safety policy of LTI, Inc. and that all aspects comply with the standards set forth by FMCSA, OSHA, State, local and industry organizations. Monitors employee compliance and provides notification to the appropriate manager as needed.

Responsible for coordinating all required maintenance, washing both internal and external with appropriate departments to ensure the least amount of downtime impact as it relates to efficiency and utilization.

Monitors all inbound and outbound loads from the DSU and CRP plant and the impact to local FPU & other operations in the LTI, Inc. Communicates with Central Dispatch to ensure we maximize efficiencies in scheduling related to our control.

Provides after hours on call support to Line haul dispatchers.
