You will oversee the operations for our
Foxchase Apartments Community – 2,100 units located in Alexandria, VA. This is a $40 million mixed use asset (affordable and conventional) and will have high visibility to key stakeholders across the organization.A bit more about what you’ll do…
- Lead and develop a team of 11 direct reports that consist of people leaders and individual contributors
- Provide exemplary service to residents and team members
- Driving sales growth through consistent forecasting and execution against those goals
- Responsible for the property budget, increasing revenue, and achievement of operational and financial goals
- Manage leasing and maintenance team members, facilitates leasing activities, revenue growth, resident satisfaction as well as adherence to legal standards and company policies
Qualifications
- At least 5 years of experience with sales, customer service, and asset management ideally in property management or similar industry (hospitality, retail, restaurants etc.)
- 3-5 years of experience leading a team of people in competitive sales and customer service environment
- Proven track record in managing large properties
- Proven leader with ability to mentor and coach a diverse group of team members
- Demonstrated ability using sales processes and metrics to drive your team and individual results
- Possess general understanding of financials and budgets
- Knowledge of various property management systems and tools (ie, OneSite, SmartRent, Salesforce etc.)
Additional Information

- Expected pay rate of $112,000-$125,000. You will be provided a pay rate that is in line with your skills and experience as they relate to the requirements of the job.
