NOW HIRING AUTOMOTIVE CREATIVE DIRECTOR (FULL-TIME)

Salary: $50,000

Operate a marketing department in one of the state’s top auto retailer groups! Jenkins Automotive is seeking a full-time Creative Director to manage all advertising operations at their two dealerships, Jenkins Subaru-Hyundai in Bridgeport and Jenkins Ford in Buckhannon. This crucial role will be responsible for implementing our marketing, publicity, events, and other related tasks as assigned. Benefits, health insurance and 401K with matching are available. Must-Haves:

• Bachelors or Associates degree in Marketing, Videography, Advertising, Communications, PR, Business, Graphic Design or related fields

• Must be able to work 8am-6pm shift, Monday-Friday with occasional weekends for special events

• Experience in advertising content creation: Videography, photography, graphic design

• Comfortable with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)

• Extremely savvy in social media management & advertising (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Snap Chat)

• Familiarity with Google AdWords/Google Analytics

• Experience in marketing and advertising buys with TV, radio, digital platforms

• Strong copywriting skills (radio & TV scripts, on-hold messages, social media posts)

• Attention to detail

• Excellent interpersonal, written and oral communications skills

• Competency in Microsoft Office apps: Outlook, Excel, Word

• Clean driving record

Nice-To-Haves:

• Print design experience (newspaper, billboard, direct mail)

• Drone pilot experience or certification

• General automotive knowledge or enthusiast

• Automotive dealership experience

• HR experience (posting jobs on Indeed, ZipRecruiter, Facebook)

Responsibilities:

• Planning, directing, and coordinating marketing efforts

• Work with management, vendors & colleagues to ensure robust marketing efforts

• Overseeing social media marketing strategy and content marketing

• Daily content creation for social media

• Vehicle/staff photography on and off premises

• Digital video production for TV, social media, YouTube Channel (commercials & walk-arounds)

• Reputation management–Google/Facebook/SureCritic review response & engagement

• Content editing and management of 3 dealer websites

• Participate in manufacturer advertising programs & pre-approvals

• Monitor Google paid search campaigns, work with vendors to optimize

• Evaluating and developing our marketing strategy and marketing plan

• Competitor research

• Working with sales department to develop pricing strategies to maximize profits and market share while balancing customer satisfaction

• Identifying potential customers

• Developing promotions with GM and President

• Compiling lists describing our offerings

• Developing and managing advertising campaigns

• Building brand awareness and positioning

• Supporting sales and lead generation efforts

• Coordinating marketing projects from start to finish

• Organizing company meetings, off-site sales and major events
