Holbrook Healthcare Center is proud to be part of the CommuniCare family of health care providers. Holbrook Healthcare Center is currently recruiting a compassionate leader to assume the position of Licensed Nursing Home Administrator at our facility.
The position of Licensed Nursing Home Administrator provides leadership to all staff to assure that care standards are met and the highest degree of quality resident care is provided at all times.
The position must function as a team member, team leader, and supervisor to ensure that work is accomplished and quality care is delivered, supporting team members and leading the way in celebrating team successes.
The Licensed Nursing Home Administrator has the authority, responsibility, and accountability for the overall operation and financial success of the center.
The ideal candidate for the Licensed Nursing Home Administrator position will meet all state requirements for a licensed Nursing Home Administrator and will be currently licensed as an LNHA in the state of West Virginia.
The individual’s professional experience should include at least two years of gradually increasing management responsibility with a minimum of an AIT internship completed.

Qualified candidates must have :
Must meet all West Virginia State requirements for Licensed Nursing Home Administrator.
Must hold a currently valid LNHA license in the State of West Virginia.
At least two years of gradually increasing management responsibility with a minimum of an AIT internship completed.
Strong management and operation skills.
Strong math / budgetary skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
