We are now looking for Director of Marketing and Communications, who will tell the Wesleyan story and to lead communication and marketing strategies.Key responsibilities include
Develop and execute our marketing and communications plansMonitor and evaluate industry trends and attitudes of target markets to implement changes to marketing communications as neededManage our brand consistencyAct as PR and media liaison for the CollegeProduce content and coordinate distribution of the College’s external communication such as advertisements, media releases, blogs, etc.Develop and manage content for the website and all College social media platformsCoordinate production of materials and publications for the enrollment department, the development office, academics, and athleticsCoordinate the support all College events on-site and off-siteOther duties as assigned
Minimum qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in marketing or communication or other relevant field5 years of experience managing a marketing and communications teamAbility to develop and execute budgetEntrepreneurial spirit and high drive for resultsAnalytical strategic thinkerA goal driven self-starterExcellent listening skills and verbal and written communication skillsProven ability to work with digital marketing tools and channelsA lifelong learnerTeam PlayerCollege/University experience preferred
