Develop and utilize detail schedule for machine modification (internal work is Denwacho) Support machine modifications (electrical programming / mechanical adjustments) on all types of machinery. Utilize detailed prints from machine makers to make the modifications from old to new product. Familiar with NC programming and ability to alter / modify NC programs (Primarily Fanuc) Familiar with PMC programming and ability to alter / modify the programs (Primarily Fanuc) Experienced industry support to younger engineers who are learning the industry and trades.REQUIRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE: Machine Technician, setting up/modifying machinery (Static accuracy check, Numerical Control Check, Inputs /Output debugging) Experience with NC and PLC Programming experience is must Machine-drawing understanding competency Machine static-accuracy General Mechanical and Electrical knowledge of large machinery in an industrial environment.
