Certification is preferred but not necessary. Candidate must be familiar with industry standards but can be trained on the job as well.2. Basic computer knowledge - expected to be able to build new computers/hardware. Ability to work independently and follow instructions. 3. Manual labor - This candidate is expected to be able to lift 50+ lbs. and will be climbing ladders daily.
