General Overview of Position

The position of Co Area Manager is a full-time position requiring 45+ hours per week and reports directly to an Area Manager. This position is responsible to assist with the operations within a specific area containing multiple customers and stores and may assume responsibility of select stores within a designated market.

Job Responsibilities

Effectively lead and manage the team of employees to include coaching, counseling, training, performance

reviews and employee development.

Create customer focused practices and provide excellent customer service at all times.

Conduct weekly store walks to drive sales, ensure adequate assembly volume and build quality.

Comply with store schedules and coordination of all work, in store and residential, within the area.

Review of daily, weekly and monthly reports to drive profitably of the area and ensure compliance.

Collaborate with the recruiting team to maintain required staffing levels for all positions within the area.

Oversee Area Training Leads to ensure all employees are adequately trained per Company Training

program.

Identify new opportunities to further the success of the area and the company.

Ensure compliance and assist in the development of guidelines involved with safety, quality and loss

prevention.

Assemble all products according to manufacturers directions and specifications

Other duties and/or tasks may be assigned on an as needed basis.

Position Requirements

2 years of retail management or industry related experience.

Excellent customer service and communication skills.

General skills in MS Office.

Valid drivers license.

Must be at least 21 years of age.

Ability to possess and use required tools.

Required availability including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Ability to provide an acceptable background and driving record.

Ability to pass a drug screen.

Essential Job Functions

Ability to repeatedly lift and carry up to 50 lbs.

Ability to walk for long periods of time and periodically climb up and down stairs.

Frequently bending, kneeling and reaching.

Ability to use hands and fingers to assemble small parts and calibrate precise measurements.

Ability to operate a motor vehicle.

Ability to effectively communicate in English, both written and oral.

Required overnight travel up 10% of the time.
