We are looking for an attorney admitted in the Federal Court for the Northern District of West Virginia to place some of our files with. Northern and Southern Districts are preferred, but not required. Should you not be admitted in both Districts, then please advise as to which one you are.
We are located in New Jersey but work on a national level.
We process several hundred files a month and are in need of a co counsel in your area.
FDCPA experience is a plus but not necessary.
Our structure is simple:
The parties agree to the following fee schedule:
(a) Filing a notice of appearance or complaint = $150.00 per case.
(b) Routine court appearances (including appearance via telephone) including, but not limited to the following: status conference, case management conference or pre-trials other than a final pre-trial conference = $150.00 flat fee per appearance.
(c) Longer court appearances, including hearings on motions, final pre-trials or settlement conferences = $250.00 flat fee per appearance.
(d) Presenting a plaintiff for deposition, taking a deposition or mediation = $300.00 flat fee per appearance.
(e) Trials, arbitrations or evidentiary hearings = $175.00 per hour, including preparation time.
(f) Phone conferences with opposing counsel, clients, etc. = $125.00 per hour.
(g) All expenses will be reimbursed for any work requiring car mileage (reimbursable at the rate of $0.55 per mile, tolls, parking and meals.
(h) For appearances which require you to drive over 50 miles from your house, we will offer $42.50 per hour for travel time.
These terms can also be honored if you need representation in the states that we are licensed in.

We have files sitting waiting to be filed so please contact us as soon as possible.
Additionally, if both parties are satisfied with the relationship, we are willing to take on the attorney for pre-suit settlement negotiations and filing.
Collect a portion of the fees for the cases you settle and don't worry about finding and contacting clients.
