Job Description
The Regional Sales Director will be responsible for building relationships and develop business in the Payer Market for ELLKAY’s Healthcare Interoperability Solutions and Clinical Data Exchange Platform. This is your chance to come in an make a big impact in a new strategic focused market.
Requirements:- Build relationships and become a trusted resource with the ability to influence
- Identify and lead the delivery of appropriate healthcare data solutions through the analysis of client needs
- Manage a focused sales plan aligned with strategic growth initiatives
- Execute a full life-cycle sales process, including prospecting, presenting, and closing
- Attend industry events
- Ability to travel
Qualifications
- A minimum of 5 years’ experience in a business development/sales role managing a large territory
- Experience collaborating with and delivering results for health plans and healthcare payers
- Strong interpersonal and influencing skills; demonstrated ability to interact effectively with senior-level and C-level leaders
- Dedicated to follow-through and results
- Ability to work independently as well as within a team
- Excellent written and verbal presentation skills are required
- Ability to understand client needs and communicate complex solutions in a clear and articulate manner
- Must thrive in a fast-paced sales environment where responsibility for individual performance and a team approach are valued
- Health care business knowledge, particularly related to value-based care and health care quality and risk management
- Preferably, technical competencies and knowledge relating to the evaluation of health care data and analytics
