Kelly Services is seeking a direct hire Human Resources Manager for our client in Huntington, West Virginia. This individual will play a critical role in strategic decision making, operations and administer the company's payroll and benefits program.Monday - Friday8am - 5pmFrom 60k annual salary based on experience levelResponsibilities:Processing payroll and investigating payroll discrepancies
Assist the CFO with accounting functions including invoicing, AR & AP and general ledger accounting
Designing benefit programs such as insurance and wellness. Assuming responsibility of timely payment of monthly premium
Handling all benefit, compensation and reimbursement procedures
Assist with recruiting and hiring of new staff
Consult with top executives on strategic planning; and serve as a link between an organization's management and its employees
Requirements:Bachelor's Degree
Experience with general ledger and accounting systems
Deep understanding of benefit plans
Knowledge of ADP and payroll processing
Proficient with Excel and Google Sheets
