Kelly is seeking an IT Admin for our client based out of Institute, WV. This 12-month assignment offers competitive pay and great benefits. (W2) Responsibilities: Effective implementation and support of computer-based applications that support manufacturing and EHS operations. This role is focused on assisting team members in getting new tools properly installed and operational. Main responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Support implementation and use of computer-based applications for all team members
  • Train and coach users of the application and provide overall support as the applications are implemented into the day-to-day work process
  • Support population, and maintenance, of any required data for each application
  • Define, report, and help resolve any problems with the application
  • Participate in Site/Business networks as needed for tool applications
  • Assist in the maintaining of the Site's library system
  • Convert paper files to electronic as needed
Qualifications and Requirements:
  • High School Diploma/GED with 5+ years work experience OR an Associates, or higher, degree (preference given to Technology and IT related degrees)
  • Mastery of Outlook, Excel, and Word The following are preferred.
  • Previous experience with office/manufacturing computer-based applications
  • Understanding/mastery of computer operating systems and common computer applications (i.e. Microsoft Suite, OneDrive, Visual Basic, etc)
  • Previous experience with SAP
  • Previous experience in a manufacturing/construction environment
