Job Description
· To create relationship with internal and external stakeholders to identity and improve opportunities and conversion of domestic business.
- Develop outbound Loads In East with Intra and Inter-state movement.
- Grow and Focus on Upcountry locations w.r.t Domestic Transportation and Domestic Air business.
· Capable of providing customized Proposal and solutions.
- Understand customers procedures and help Transition DLSOPs
· Work on RFQ and RFI of large accounts within the timelines.
· Team and Network engagement – To promote sales activity with our sales team and other stakeholders and work on closure.
- Interact with customers in arranging their shipments to meet customers service standards
- Meet compliance at all times
- Network communications, timely responses to emails and requests
- Meet KPI standards in accordance with Company policy
Qualifications
· A Graduate or MBA with around
3-6 years of Sales/BD /Customer focused Experience in Local Air and Road Transportation/Logistics- in sales/Business Development/account management Dept.· Location :

· Effective interpersonal skills, including proven abilities to listen, comprehend, effectively communicate clearly and concisely to obtain positive results
· Pro-active, strong Sales and presentation skills
· Good computer skills (Excel, Word)
· Fluent in
