What is in it for you:Employee benefit card offering discounted rates in Accor worldwideLearning programs through our AcademiesOpportunity to develop your talent and grow within your property and across the world!What you will be doing:Prepares, arranges, and serves all food according to the standard set by the Executive Chef.Ensure freshness and suitability of products used by the section and that they are stored properly.Works in cooperation with other sections.Reports any equipment on the section requiring repairs and maintenance.Controls costs by minimizing spoilage, waste and exercising portion control.Handles machines, furniture, equipment and utensils that working areas are kept clean at all times.Attends training classes, associates meetings, and makes constructive suggestions for improvements.Perform other special tasks as maybe assigned from time to time.
