The successful candidate will possess 3-20 years of experience in the analysis and design of reinforced concrete (RC) and steel buildings or bridges, utilising industry-standard software such as STAAD, ETABS, SAFE, and SAP, in compliance with Indian/ACI standards.Conduct rigorous structural analysis and design of complex RC and steel structures, ensuring adherence to relevant codes and standards.Demonstrate proficiency in the utilisation of advanced structural engineering software, including but not limited to STAAD, ETABS, SAFE, and SAP.Execute precise detailing of reinforcement and connections for steel members, maintaining the highest standards of structural integrity and safety.Facilitate effective inter-disciplinary coordination, collaborating with various engineering teams to ensure cohesive and efficient project execution.Produce comprehensive technical reports and design documentation, adhering to strict quality control measures.Continuously update knowledge of industry best practices, emerging technologies, and regulatory requirements in structural engineering.Participate in project planning and risk assessment activities, providing expert input on structural considerations.Mentor junior engineers, fostering a culture of technical excellence and professional development within the team.
