Description:The Technical Sales Coordinator is responsible for scheduling all orders and managing the communication of orders to the customers.Primary Job Functions Entry of all sales orders into order entry system. Organize TSSS folder Schedule all orders into the production calendar for both the Morgantown and Las Vegas facilities Answer requests for an order update Provide updates to customers on order delays Check orders for accuracy Send proforma invoices to accounting Maintain customer focus always Coordinating with Production for lead time requests Other duties as assigned by Technical Sales Support ManagerAdditional Skills & Qualifications:Required Skills Excellent phone and in-person communication skills Customer service focus Ability to prioritize and multi-task Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, Typing) Must be extremely detail-oriented Familiarity with Excel a plus Ability to work efficiently Customer Service Order entryEducation High School Diploma or GED Required Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree a PlusAbout Aston Carter: At Aston Carter, we’re dedicated to expanding career opportunities for the skilled professionals who power our business.
