I need someone to co-host 2 Air B&B properties in Belpre. The right person must live in Belpre and be available to work several days a week between noon and 4 pm cleaning and getting the place ready for guests. Must also have a smart phone and be able to use the Air B&B app to monitor bookings. Must have a checking account and be willing to accept pay by auto deposit. Pay is dependent on bookings and averages $500 a month for an average of 28 hours work per month but can be more. Must have excellent communication skills and attention to detail as this is a ratings based business.
