Job Description

Ø Support DoD commercial cloud services infrastructure as a managed service provider for IT systems and plans to offer managed cloud services.
Ø Build new cloud-based data center services environments for DoD cloud initiatives.
Ø Make recommendations for improvements to security, scalability, manageability, and performance across a wide variety of network, storage, and compute technologies.
Ø Identify and plan potential new cloud services, features, and capabilities.
Ø Serve as overall subject matter expert on Cloud Engineer technology and market capabilities/trends.
Ø Continuous Integration/Continuous Delivery pipeline experience such as Jenkins, Travis CI, AWS Code Deploy.
Ø Manage multiple large-scale projects.
Ø Collaborate with internal and external parties to transform high-level technical objectives into comprehensive technical requirements.
Ø Migrate on-premises applications to the cloud.
Ø Formulate detailed network, storage, and compute design specifications for stable and secure computing operations in a dynamic cloud-based environment.

REQUIRED SKILLS:Ø Minimum 3 years recent experience with above duties, with the following;
Ø MS Azure and AWS, IPSEC/VPN, BGP, Git, DoD STIGs, IAVM and Scripting - (i.e. Ansible, Terraform, Python, PowerShell, Bash, Puppet, Chef).
Ø MUST have Active CompTIA Security+ And At Least One Of the Following - MCSD Azure Solutions Architect, AWS Certified Solutions Architect Certification to start!
Ø MUST be available to start remote then “On Site at Ratford, Virginia!
Ø MUST Be US Citizen With Active Secret Clearance!
Ø Education – MUST have a BS or BA degree in STEM or related Fields!
