Job Description

As a valued colleague on our team, you will help provide oversight for the Scrum process and product lifecycle. You will understand and use Agile methodologies, as well as define product scope and goals.

THE IMPACT YOU WILL MAKEThe Enterprise Data - Scrum Master - Senior Associate role will offer you the flexibility to make each day your own, while working alongside people who care so that you can deliver on the following responsibilities:

  • Utilize the Scrum process and Agile practices.
  • Maintain and ensure product vision and goals are met, and communicate product workflow to keep colleagues informed every step of the way.
  • Identify organizational roadblocks that limit team productivity and quality, and provide meaningful feedback to the team, so we can improve, innovate, and move forward.
  • Collaborate with the team on the continuous improvement of Agile practices.

Qualifications

THE EXPERIENCE YOU BRING TO THE TEAM

Minimum Required Experiences

  • 4- 6 years

Desired Experiences

  • Bachelor degree or equivalent
  • Certified Scrum Master preferred.
  • 5-8 years overall IT experience preferred.
  • 4-6 of those as Scrum Master preferred.
  • Experience working at an organization going through an Agile transformation.
  • Track and produce key metrics (e.g., burndown, burnup).
  • Facilitate scrum ceremonies for the team (S1, Planning, Retrospective, Grooming & Review/Demo).
  • Utilize project coordination expertise and tools such as Rally and MS-Project to support upstream and downstream teams throughout SDLC.
  • Strong Communication and inter personal skills including group facilitators
  • Knowledge of scrum ceremonies for the team (S1, Planning, Retrospective, Grooming & Review/Demo).
  • Facilitate impediment resolution in a timely, cost effective manner. Act as a conduit to other teams and LOBs with which the team is interacting.
  • Track and produce key metrics (e.g., burn-down, burn-up charts).
  • Should be Scrum Master Certified (CSM).
  • Should have Agile experience/knowledge of key agile techniques including SAFe, Kanban, Lean, XP, and Scrum. Strong negotiation and influencing skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Should have experience leading Agile Scrum teams/servicing as a Scrum Master, experience within a SAFe release train.
