Job Description

As a valued colleague on our Collateral team, you will provide expert advice to and guide the team in designing, building and developing functionality for the Uniform Collateral Data Portal, as well as guide and ensure the ongoing implementation, enhancement, or maintenance of existing Collateral team products.

THE IMPACT YOU WILL MAKEThe Single FamilyDigital Products - Product Management - Lead Associate role will offer you the flexibility to make each day your own, while working alongside people who care so that you can deliver on the following responsibilities:

  • Support development of the design strategy for new products.
  • Act as team lead on implementation process for new products.
  • Identify opportunities for product improvements.
  • Lead team members on the product lifecycle and ongoing maintenance.
  • Ensure product strategy is in alignment with business objectives.

Qualifications

THE EXPERIENCE YOU BRING TO THE TEAM

Minimum Required Experiences

  • 4 years related experience in the mortgage industry, preferably in the Appraisal or Origination space.
  • Hands on experience with the technical and business data of a MISMO XML appraisal file.
  • Proven relationship management skills to include the ability to effectively manage and engage stakeholders, customers and vendors and build relationship networks.
  • Strong influencing skills to include the ability to effectively negotiate and persuade others, facilitate meetings, and resolve conflict.
  • In-depth knowledge of customer centric-product development (Design Thinking).

Desired Experiences

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
  • Skilled in documentation and database reporting for the purpose of analysis, data discovery, and decision-making with the use of relevant software such as Amazon CloudFront Reporting and Analytics, Dynatrace, Splunk and/or Tableau.
  • Proficiency using various Microsoft Desktop products (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Access, Project), Visio and other software tools like JIRA.
  • Demonstrated organizational, analytical and research skills as well as the ability to conceptualize more complex issues and develop complex processes, procedures and/or solutions.
  • Must be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities. Must be flexible, innovative and have a team focus.
