The Home Solar Evaluator will be responsible for working with homeowners across Appalachia to bring beautiful, functional, and affordable solar arrays to life.

You will be responsible for listening to, working with, and following up with homeowners and business owners to design personalized solar systems that work for their families.

Essential Job Functions

  • Working with a pipeline of potential projects to ensure we are meeting each customer’s needs

  • Crafting personalized designs and financial proposals for each potential client you work with

  • Gathering needed information on site, including roof structure and electrical characteristics needed for engineering a home solar array

  • Travel throughout southern West Virginia to review potential projects

  • Work remotely and independently

  • Superior organization skills

  • Conduct presentations to small and large groups of people

  • Proven track record highlighting examples of being a self-starter while managing numerous priorities

  • Experience and comfort explaining technical, financial, and legal concepts in an understandable way
