Job Description
The 5-month Solution Consulting (SC) Academy program will prepare veterans for a successful career in Solution Consulting. This opportunity will collaborate with Solution Consulting leaders at ServiceNow, experience intensive on the job training and broad-based exposure to all aspects of company operations. The cohorts will receive accelerated professional development, world-class mentoring, and unique networking opportunity across the organization. A great SC will be seen by customers as a trusted advisor and by sales as the quarterback of the deal.
Active Duty members transitioning out before June 2021, current active-reservists and military veterans are strongly encouraged to apply.What you get to do in this role- Learn ServiceNow workflow training, sales and product demonstration instruction, and education in information technology
- Partner with ServiceNow veteran’s community and the Federal Sales team to understand our technology solutions and transition support into sales.
- Deliver and demonstrate technology solutions to address challenges
- Answer product features and technical questions from customers, channel partners and ServiceNow colleagues
- Utilize tools and education through mentorship and hands on training to be successful in pre-sales and share best practices

Qualifications
In order to be successful in this role, we need someone who has:- 1-3 years of experience with prior internships, professional experience or consulting backgrounds
- Ability to learn new technology and workflows
- Demonstrated ability to influence and consult decisions and strategy
- Strong interpersonal skills and customer centric attitude
- Solid presentation capabilities and communication (verbal and written)
