Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, economics, or related field.

- 2+ years sales experience and proven track record in setting and achieving goals.

- Understanding of the sales process and dynamics.

- A commitment to excellent customer service.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

- Native or bilingual level of English.

- Superb interpersonal skills, including the ability to quickly build rapport with both customers and suppliers.

- Computer literate with knowledge of Microsoft Office and a CRM system.

- Able to work comfortably in a fast-paced environment.

- Must be self-driven, resilient, competitive & highly motivated.

- Must be flexible with occasional evening or weekend hours.

- Must have reliable transportation.

Additional Information

·Following up on qualified leads of fashion store owners, stand-alone online fashion store owners, independent fashion designers, suppliers, retailers, and wholesalers, and turning them into meeting goals.

· Meeting and exceeding lead generation goals.

· Meeting or exceeding sales goals.

· Negotiating all contracts with prospective clients.

· Helping determine pricing schedules for quotes, promotions, and negotiations.

· Preparing weekly and monthly reports.

· Giving sales presentations to a range of prospective clients.

· Coordinating sales efforts with marketing programs.

· Understanding and promoting company programs.

· Preparing and submitting sales contracts for orders.

· Visiting clients and potential clients to evaluate needs or promote products and services.

· Maintaining client records.

· Answering client questions about credit terms, products, prices, and availability.

· Serving as a consultant and providing useful product knowledge to qualifying industry merchants.

· Acquire, retain, and constantly develop industry knowledge.
