What will you do?

Under the general direction of the HR Systems Manager, you will provide consultative dynamic hands-on functional and reporting support to PeopleSoft HCM users.

You will respond to information requests and take initiative to identify reporting solutions to meet the requirements.

You'll provide HR data management advice and serve as back-up for data maintenance.

You'll establish positive relationships and collaborate on project teams to deliver business solutions.

You will craft and modify HR reports and analysis to meet our business information requirements.

You will schedule reports distribution with consideration of data privacy and gaining appropriate approvals.

You will educate and support functional-users, super-users and self-service users on HR data standards and report access.

You will design reports to fulfill ad-hoc reporting requests.

With the HRIS team, you will develop reports and provide functional support for projects including communications and end-user training.

You will participate in setting HR information standards and HR systems and reports implementations.

We will have you provide HR Systems information management trouble-shooting and back-up support of data maintenance.

You will provide system configurations working under the dedicated mentorship from senior HRIS team members.

You will work on mass updates under the mentorship of more senior HRIS resources.

Your Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience required.

We require you to possess one to three years business analysis experience supporting PeopleSoft HCM or a similar system, including a working understanding of HR, Payroll and Benefits reporting and data management standard methodologies.

We are preferring Microsoft SQL experience.

Working knowledge of PSQuery or an equivalent SQL tool is preferred.

Experienced in using business intelligence tools such as PowerBI or OBIEE.

An understanding of HR/Payroll regulations to assist in monitoring and reporting is a plus.

Excellent communication and customer-service skills.

Experience utilizing PS Component Interface is a plus.

Very strong Excel skills including vlookup, pivots and complex formulas a huge plus.
