I work in the Real Estate industry and need photographs of properties which have recently sold in Jefferson, Hancock and Brooke counties. I am looking for someone to drive to properties, remain in the car at curbside, and using a smart phone (iPhone, Android, etc.) take a photo of each property specified, showing the full front view of the home. After taking the photo, simply text message the photo and corresponding address to me. That's it, easy!
The pay for each assignment is based on a combination of travel time, distance between photos, and the types of roads driven. Depending on your location, typical assignments generally take 1 hour and usually require taking 5 or 6 photos. A flat compensation amount will be offered to you for each assignment. The typical fee based on an hourly basis will likely range from $25 to $40 per hour. There may be 1-3 assignments per week.
