GM/Manager will lead our store operations in all areas including; training, staffing, production, cleaning program and customer experience. We have a very simple store operating process and smaller menu to train and prepare for. This system makes for ease of training and operational excellence. Management of a experienced smaller staff of 12-15 employees. A very efficient and smaller sized store footprint makes this all achievable in only a 42-45 hour per week commitment! Managers must have consistent past work history within the restaurant or food industry, with experience in leading shifts/teams, or equivalent, hands on management style, dedicated to great customer experience, motivated for success, strong communications, problem solving and excellent inter-personal skills with teammates, ownership and customers.
